Free Presentation on Wingwave, a Unique, Well-Proven, and Effective Coaching Technique from Germany
Are you interested in a new tool for your coaching toolbox? Join us for a free presentation on Wingwave - a unique, well-researched, and very effective coaching technique from Germany - on Tuesday, August 31, 7:00-8:30 pm in Palo Alto.
Wingwave combines elements from NLP with bilateral hemisphere stimulation and muscle feedback. This method was created to coach executives, professionals, and athletes to attain and sustain peak performance. It is also very effective in helping clients dissolve blocks on the way to their goals, increase their stress-resilience, their creativity and their overall well-being, as well as overcome phobias - all in the shortest amount of time.
Wingwave has been used very successfully for executive and athletic coaching in Europe for 10 years - and I'm now introducing this technique in the U.S. The first Wingwave certification class in the U.S. will take place in September in Palo Alto.
Join us for a free presentation, demonstration and Q&A on this technique on Tuesday, August 31, 7-8:30 pm at my office at 435 S. California Ave, Suite A, Palo Alto.

David Rock -- The Neuroscience of Leadership: Maximize Your Effectiveness as a Change-Agent by Understanding the Brain
Dr. David Rock

Change is difficult. New research is beginning to explain why it's so difficult, and how it can happen more easily. However, to achieve this we may need to rethink many accepted paradigms, as brain research is uncovering a series of suprprises about human functioning.
In 2004, David founded the brain-based approach to coaching, which has gathered momentum as a theory base for coaching. In collaboration with several leading neuroscientists, David is working to explain the neural basis of issues like self-awareness, reflection, insight and accountability.
NeuroLeadership is focusing on four domains that are emerging as the central organizing principles:
1. Decision making and problem solving
2. Staying cool under pressure
3. Collaborating with others
4. Facilitating change
Your effectiveness as a coach can be maximized if you incorporate the latest findings from neuroscience into your approach. David will help you understand how change occurs, and how to incorporate these findings into your coaching methodology to help clients accept and deal with change initiatives. Attendees will gain insights that can improve their own effectiveness and productivity as well as ways to help their clients. |
